Spillways

Spillways are one of the most important parts of your lake.  Watershed area to your lake or tank, steepness of terrain, depth of topsoil, types of watershed (Vegetative pasture or field), are only some of the items considered in the construction of your spillway.  Larger watersheds and lakes typically require 2 - large spillways.  We will construct the primary in the desired path with a secondary emergency spillway 6-10" higher to help relieve flash flooding.  These same factors determine dam height above primary spillway.  We respect mother nature.
